Building your bridge to Mexico.
Strategic clarity first, then hands-on work. How working together starts, how we decide, and whom we bring to the table for you.
How working together starts.
This is how we shape our collaboration: aligning expectations, reducing risk, and making sure every step creates value for your company.
Initial conversation: let's talk about your expansion
30 minutes focused on your strategy, free of charge and without slides. We want to hear about your expansion plans: what goals you want to reach in Mexico, by when you plan to consolidate them, and what value you expect from the move. A direct conversation to align your vision with what we do.
Preliminary assessment
We give you a clear, technically rigorous view of your project's feasibility, so you can decide on solid ground:
- “Go”: The path is open. The challenge is speed of execution, so market windows don't close.
- “Not yet”: Operational or external factors need to mature. Not a rejection, but a pause to get the timing right. We help you build the conditions before the launch.
- “No-Go”: An honest, well-founded conclusion under current conditions. Dropping an unviable path in time protects your capital. And we don't stop there: we look for alternatives or business models that do make your entry viable.
Phased proposal
A modular work plan. Each phase has specific deliverables, timelines, and costs. You decide: there is no commitment to move on to the next stage.
Strategic continuity
We move forward only if it makes financial and operational sense for your company. For us, success isn't getting you to Mexico at any cost, but an investment decision that holds up and thrives over time.
Straight talk, no buzzwords
| People say | They mean | At Senda |
|---|---|---|
| Roadmap | A slide with arrows. | A Route Sketch, with sources. |
| Commitment | Someone nodded in the meeting. | A signed budget and a date. |
| Nearshoring | Moving production closer, according to the headlines. | Next to a specific customer, in a specific plant. |
| ASAP | As soon as possible, meaning whenever. | As Sensible As Possible: within 24 hours. |
| Coffee chat | A casual meeting with a quiet agenda. | Coffee and Cake: 30 minutes to get to know each other, no slides. |
We don’t joke about numbers. For everything else: ein bisschen Spaß muss sein, a little fun is a must.
On paper it looks simple. In reality it isn’t.
Planned in Germany, failed in Mexico: if you plan without experience on the ground, you often trip over things no plan mentions.
Site chosen, land secured.
The grid fluctuates, and backup power was not in the plan.
Shift model calculated, labour costs fixed.
The working week is shrinking step by step, with no pay cut.
Sign-off by email by Friday.
Decisions are made face to face, often over a meal.
Supplier approved, samples checked.
Series production is not the sample. Someone has to go and look.
This is exactly where we sit: between the German plan and the Mexican reality.

Many players. One point of contact.
Entering a market touches many parties at once. You talk to us, we coordinate the rest.
Your headquartersManagement, engineering, purchasing, sales
This is where the decision is made and where the budget sits. We keep you up to date, in your language and at your pace.
Chambers, trade promotionOrientation, contacts
A complement, not a substitute. AHK, IHK, and GTAI provide orientation and partner search. Senda starts where that orientation ends: as your permanent counterparts on the ground in day-to-day operations.
Investment promotionStates, permits
Mexican states compete for investment and support permits. What matters is knowing the right people early and getting commitments in writing.
Industrial parksLand, power, water
Many plants start in an industrial park. What counts is what the contract says about power and water, not the brochure.
Legal and taxIncorporation, contracts
Company setup, contracts, tax programmes. There are good law firms. We make sure their results are understood at your headquarters.
PeopleRecruiting, labour law
Finding and keeping skilled staff is daily work. On top of that, labour law is on the move.
Logistics and customsBorder, freight
Being close to the US is an advantage when paperwork and processes are right. Otherwise the goods wait at the border.
Banks, insuranceAccounts, cover
Accounts, payments, hedging currency, and assets. It often takes longer than the project plan assumes.
These are categories, not names. We name specific partners only once a collaboration is confirmed.
A new calendar: before Senda and after Senda.
Like B.C. and A.D., there is a time before Senda. And yes, B.S. stands for Before Senda. That is where Austreberto learned what he now puts to work on your road to Mexico. All cases are personal professional experience; clients remain anonymous.
Led the market entry and operational set-up of a US industrial manufacturer in Nuevo León, from site decision to running operations.
A logistics platform used Mexico to fund its build-up in Brazil. Quantified a liquidity gap of at least 4 million reais before it opened. Recommended refinancing from 15 to 18% interest to a target of 10 to 12%.
Due diligence on a US$130 million acquisition across 24 countries, in six weeks. Later, financial governance of a divestiture and a joint venture: 5 business lines transferred without operational disruption.
Finance strategy for a business unit with US$170 million in revenue. After new interchange fee rules, realigned pricing with key accounts and offset US$4.3 million of annual exposure. Plus a pricing curriculum for more than 160 sales reps.
Led finance for a US$16 million cold-chain company through a Chapter 11 reorganisation in the US. Days sales outstanding fell from 45 to 10.
Built the finance frameworks of an AI logistics platform for market entry into Mexico, Brazil, and Canada, through 200% headcount growth. Gross margin by country visible for the first time.
All of this now for your road to Mexico: ramp-up curve, liquidity need, and financing, calculated before you invest. Not after.

Coffee and Cake
Let’s talk business: 30 minutes, free of charge. Austreberto and Janek listen first, then tell you honestly what they see. At the end you know whether Mexico is a “Go,” a “Not yet,” or a “No-Go” for you. If it fits, an offer for the first phase follows.
